Beautiful and modern home with perfect location

Gute Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen Positive: Die charmante und großzügige Wohnung liegt in einem ordentlichen Stadthaus im dritten Stock. Es gibt einen alten, voll funktionsfähigen Aufzug von 1929 [!] ab dem Hochpaterre. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt, beim Bahnhof (über die Baana), beim Supermarkt und am Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab unendlich viel Stauraum. Emails an den Vermieter wurden prompt beantwortet. Und es gibt viele Videos, um die Technik in der Wohnung zu nutzen (unbedingt anschauen !). Negative: Die Küchenausstattung war seltsam zusammengestellt: Es gab z. B. viele Deckel aber nur zwei Minitöpfe. Wir konnten nicht einmal Nudeln für alle machen. Die Bilder bei Booking.com zeigen den Zustand als die Wohnung frisch renoviert war. Das ist aber schon etwas her. Es sollte mal wieder renoviert und z. B. das Sofa von den Flecken befreit werden. Schade auch, dass es keine analoge Besuchermappe in der Wohnung gibt und es null persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Positive: perfecta ubicación, buena atención al cliente por chat.

Positive: Kiva raikas, tilava ja tunnelmallinen läpitalon asunto hyvällä paikalla. Lautalattia kiva, vaikka vähän natisee. Erillinen keittiö tosi hyvä, samoin tilava vaatehuone. Hyvä sohva, nojatuoli ja telkkari. Negative: Ikkunoiden pimennysverhot puutteelliset, jos tottunut nukkumaan pimeässä. Kahvikupit ja paistinpannut voisi uusia. Lisäksi asunnosta puuttuivat haarukat, lusikat ja veitset, vaikka muuten astioita oli kohtuullisesti. Parisängyn patja natisee.

With the above fix I would stay again. Positive: The apartment is lovely - quiet despite its central location, spacious, light and airy. Negative: It is not looked after well. The bathroom was clean as was the partement on the whole but I had no towels or duvet covers on the bed, just the duvet itself. The couch and armchair were dirty and in need of a clean. I hope they change their housekeeping service provider.
